This is James, another camera operator I work with on Great Food Live amongst other things. It was taken the same day as this of Dave, while I was on a short break. James has a Canon 10D and a brand spanking new G5 iMac complete with Photoshop CS, so he's been asking me for lessons in it. I've been trying to remember what (and why) I actually do to my shots when I'm processing them so he can understand how it all works, and have found that it's giving him an explanation of why a process does what it does that has been really educational for me, as it's made me think more about how Photoshop works.
