Meet Betty, today's guest on Taste. Betty is appearing in panto this year, but to pay the bills she does modelling work on shows like ours where required. The role doesn't stretch her abilities, and there's a lot of standing around looking pretty, but it helps make ends meet, gets her out of the house and it means she keeps herself in the public eye. Maybe one day she'll meet the TV producer that will give her that big break she's waiting for.
