New Desktop, Anyone?

PLEASE NOTE: i-shot has evolved! This is the old version of my photoblog - it now lives over at myglasseye.net. Thank you for visiting me at i-shot, but please bookmark the new site and let me know what you think! Many thanks, Owen...

This is another from Saturday's set, but I'm so pleased with it that it's become my new Mac desktop. Surprisingly little post-processing on it; the zoom effect was done in-camera by starting tight, using a long(-ish) shutter and zooming wide manually with the 18-70mm lens (hence the 18mm tag on the EXIF data above - I don't know how tight it was to start). The green colour is from a cross-processing style curve and then I used Photoshop's 'Diffuse Glow' filter which blew out the area around the mask to almost total white. Finally I painted out what was left of the surround with a white brush, and cropped to place it more off-centre.
